Just a quick share with my new look for Carrot Cake. It's basically an orange coating, vanilla flavored, covered in a sugar crystal and pearlized jimmies combo. Yes, the skinny sprinkles are called jimmies. Fun, eh? Carrot cake pops still seem to be one of the general favorites. As one friend said, carrot cake is not something you eat every day. So to get a nice couple bites of carrot cake heaven without having to use a plate and a spoon/fork is yummy!
